In attendance there were 32 Retiree wifes and 24 Active wifes. We need
more active support. Remember: The amount of support we can render to the NCSHP members is completely
influenced by the amount of support we receive from you.
We had eight charter members in attendance.
They are Rachel Harper, Carole Thomas, Doris Blevins, Mona Sanders, Midge Tilley, Edna Lemmond, Dianne Johnson and Betty Rawls.
Three of these ladies Doris Blevins, Mona Sanders and Betty Rawls have never missed a convention. These Ladies are the backbone
of the Auxiliary. It is their dedication and hardwork that has created an organization that aides, assist, promotes fellowship, and create understanding among the families of the NCSHP.
We thank these ladies for what they have done and we only hope that as new members become a part of this family we stay grounded,
focused, and true to the objective

All I
can say is WOW! Way to go Troop A, you ladies put on a great convention... From the moment you arrived until the moment
you left it was just wonderful. Friday night’s hospitality room was big with so much room to mingle and eat and look
at the wonderful merchandise for sale. For some of us that wanted to venture out, there was a ferry that took us on a 5 minute
ride across the beautiful harbor to the Mumfest. There were all kinds of booths filled with crafts and food, carriage rides,
tours. Others went to the beach. There is so much history in our Carolina coastal towns.
