Memorial History
On the 18th of May 1986 The Ladies Auxiliary Of the North Carolina State Highway Patrol Presented a Memorial To the men of
the Patrol killed in line of duty
In memory of those who lost their lives
in the line of duty. We hope to see their faces and hearts in this stone of beauty. In dedication and honor to those who died
through the years. We stand before this memorial and hold back the tears. Over the years we lost brave Troopers who were comrades
and friends. We dedicate this monument in their honor knowing that when one dies life begins.
