Scholarships
The NCHPSA awards three scholarships annually named in honor of our founders Frances Howell,
Edna Lemmond and Eileen Blalock.
Members and/or their descendants are eligible to apply provided the member’s dues are current and
the member is actively working on state auxiliary projects, assisting with sale activities and generally
supporting the work of the state auxiliary.
The scholarships are awarded by random drawing during the fall convention. Scholarship applications
should be mailed to the Vice-President by October 1st of the application year. Click the link below to
